Responsibilities of Solutions Architect
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, covering all phases of the implementation cycle and providing ongoing support
- Act as a solution architect for SuccessFactors modules including recruitment, onboarding, learning management, succession management, and career Development.
- Identify and deliver the best practice project management methodologies required to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs in compliance with organisational needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of support consultants, providing guidance on complex functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project progress report presentations to senior leadership.
Requirements Of Solutions Architect
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or any other relevant field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation covering all phases of the project lifecycle for a large organisation.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Extensive expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of the employee life cycle management process in global organisations.
- Proficiency in configuring systems according to solution designs and configuration workbooks.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs and BTP capabilities for building custom extensions, including experience integrating solutions with SuccessFactors/SAP or third-party HRIS and solutions.
