IFZA is actively seeking to hire suitable candidate for role of Social Media Executive in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and curating content across various social media platforms and as a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the voice of brands, engaging with online community, and executing effective social media campaigns.

Responsibilities of Social Media Executive

  • Develop and curate content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
  • Possess a strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Showcase exceptional creativity and attention to detail in content creation.
  • Utilize good networking skills and community connections to enhance brand presence.
  • Generate reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence for brands and brainstorm new ideas to reach a wider audience every month.
  • Foster relationships with the online community by engaging with followers and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
  • Strategise and execute social media campaigns that drive results and target key audiences for the brand.
  • Ensure a consistent brand message across all social media channels.
  • Regularly monitor competitors’ social media sites and create analysis reports.

Requirements for Role of Social Media Executive

The requirements for role of Social Media Executive are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related subjects preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Media Executive or similar.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms.

Skills Desired

  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools and ad serving tools.
  • Good knowledge of target markets and competitors.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal English communication skills.
