The Social Media Executive at DAMAC Group will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition. Candidate as a Social Media Executive will involve in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics and staying updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities of Social Media Executive
- Content Creation: Develop creative & engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text posts, images, videos & other multimedia formats.
- Social Media Management: Supporting and maintaining social media profiles and pages, ensuring they are up-to-date, consistent with the brand’s voice and image and optimized for engagement.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers and users through comments, messages and mentions, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns aligned with the organization’s goals, leveraging advertising tools and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience effectively.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics & analytics to track performance, identify trends.
- Assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, communications & customer service to ensure cohesive messaging & alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices.
- Emerging platforms or features, exploring opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
- Crisis Management: Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises.
- Develop strategies to address and mitigate negative feedback or publicity effectively.
Requirements for Role of Social Media Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
- 2 years experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a record of successfully managing social media accounts & campaigns.
