The Social Media Executive at DAMAC Group will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition. Candidate as a Social Media Executive will involve in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities of Social Media Executive

  • Content Creation: Develop creative & engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text posts, images, videos & other multimedia formats.
  • Social Media Management: Supporting and maintaining social media profiles and pages, ensuring they are up-to-date, consistent with the brand’s voice and image and optimized for engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers and users through comments, messages and mentions, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns aligned with the organization’s goals, leveraging advertising tools and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics & analytics to track performance, identify trends.
  • Assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, communications & customer service to ensure cohesive messaging & alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices.

Requirements for Role of Social Media Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
  • 2 years experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a record of successfully managing social media accounts & campaigns.
