Social Media Executive Chalhoub Group Dubai

As a Social Content Executive at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE, candidate will be responsible for managing their clients’ social media pages, crafting engaging native social content and driving impactful digital strategies for luxury brands in the Middle East. This role requires a perfect blend of organizational & project management skills and a creative flair with a deep understanding of the current social media landscape, including social trends and key platforms for global and local luxury brands. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Social Media Executive

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to achieve clients’ objectives.
• Manage and maintain clients’ social media profiles, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and proactively respond to inquiries and comments.
• Collaborate closely with their creative and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all social media platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with client goals and industry trends.
• Remain in regular contact with your Client Partner to understand and meet their needs, coordinating with them to gather feedback, revise content as necessary, and ensure timely approval of scheduled posts.
• Responsible for managing all of the social media channels for their agency, in collaboration with the wider team.

Requirements for Role of Social Media Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Experience with keynote/ppt & MS Excel.
• Experience in creating and editing short-form social video content using tools like Instagram & Tiktok.

• Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and produce engaging visual content.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and clients when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
