The Real Estate industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Social Media Coordinator to join them. This is a mid career, full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3001 AED to 3500 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Social Media Coordinator

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and promotions.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized posting.

Requirements of Social Media Coordinator

• High School Diploma is plus.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to create visually appealing content using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
