Community Development Authority Dubai is currently seeking recruitment of dedicated and compassionate candidate for job role of a Social Care Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible to play vital role in coordinating and delivering social care services to older citizens of Emirates of Dubai. Job Purpose of A Social Care Executive

• Develop social care initiatives & projects for older citizens of Emirate of Dubai.
• Plan & implement social care plans aimed to integrate older citizens in the society.

Job Duties of A Social Care Executive

• Carry out research on social requirements and needs of older citizens of community.
• Propose new social care initiatives, events and projects for older citizens based on findings of research.
• Develop and propose appropriate plans to implement social care initiatives and projects.
• Obtain approval of proposed initiatives and plans from the senior officals/authorities.
• Coordinate with government and private entities for necessary assistance in execution of approved initiatives and plans.
• Apart from social care services, also develop preventive programs for the older citizens.
• Prepare reports and statistics on number of events conducted and submit it to concerned authority.
• Any other tasks within the scope of job responsibilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the social field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
