Job Purpose of A Smart Repair Technician

Ensure that all Smart Repairs work is completed to the highest possible standard, and within agreed time scales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties of A Smart Repair Technician

Smart Repair

• Complete all preparation work and guide the other mechanics and electricians.

Operational

• Assist in material stock management.
• Ensuring work area is clean and tidy, put all tools and equipment away correctly and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.
• Assisting with Smart Repair appraisal.
• Keep Smart Repair material consumption with acceptable standards.

Personal Development

• Maintain and develop own skills and knowledge through a development plan agreed with the line manager.
• Arrange an annual appraisal with line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in relavant field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of previous proven experience in relevant field.
