Job Description

Seddiqi Holding currently seeking enthusiastic Skincare Consultants with a customer-centric mindset and a luxury approach to join new boutique in Dubai Duty Free. Candidate should have a strong interest in the beauty industry, particularly with a focus on skincare. Candidates desirous for this role should submit their resume to begin with the application process.

Responsibilities of Skincare Consultant

  • Work as part of a team to meet the Brand’s and store’s objectives.
  • Greet and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every client who enters the skincare zone of the store.
  • Use excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all.
  • Promote the brand approach to customer service and consultations and ensure it is always upheld and demonstrated.
  • Contribute to a positive ad harmonious work environment by openly and effectively communicating with other colleagues.

Requirements for Role of Skincare Consultant

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail, beauty & skincare or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in Travel retail is advantage.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Possess excellent verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Perfect time management skills to ensure services to clients are not delayed.
  • Possess vibrant attitude and polite personality.
  • Possess top-notch skill in customer service.
  • Knowledge of Arabic/ Chinese/ Russian is advantage.
