Job Description

Marina Home Interiors is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Showroom Manager to lead showrooms located in UAE. Candidate with a track record of creating outstanding customer experience and exceeding sales goals by developing high-performing teams. Candidate will inspire success in all areas of people and showroom operations and lead with a strong passion for home furnishings. Will plan, monitor and maximize retail budgets and product inventory focusing on sales while acting as a positive role model to the sales team.

Responsibilities of Showroom Manager

  • Lead the showroom team in maximizing sales performance by implementing effective actions based on agreed KPIs
  • Drive productivity and profitability of the showroom by analysing sales, improving conversions, UPT, ATV and customer database to identify opportunities for growth
  • Uphold standards of excellence with beautiful visual merchandising of windows and in-store product display
  • Create a positive and self-driven environment for the team to deliver the best customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Strive towards maintaining long-term relationships with customers in order to promote brand loyalty
  • Achieve and maintain an excellent premium retail environment through high standards in all areas of the shop floor and related operations
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly sales patterns, best sellers and sales by individual and propose actions, based on business trends, to enhance performance
  • Plan and coordinate in-store promotional events in collaboration with the Corporate office.
  • Accountable for team training on standard operating procedures ensuring all team members have a full understanding of processes and the potential impact on the business
  • Understand the local market, trends and competitors’ activities
  • Liaise with departments from UAE corporate office to maintain brand & process standards and guidelines

Requirements for Role of Showroom Manager

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record in high-end/premium brands or home furnishings brands.
  • Overall retail experience of 12+ years & minimum experience of 5-6 years as a Showroom Manager in large format showrooms.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing reports and converting them to tangible action plans.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written & verbal).
  • Arabic speaking will be a plus.
  • Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
  • Commitment to quality with an eye for detail.
