Shovel Operator DP World Dubai

Shovel Operator at DP World in Dubai will be responsible to complete the assigned task within time frame and the set target. Do not cause injury to personnel / damage to property & Environment. Follow safe operating procedure and instruction given by Foreman or Supervision. Ensure that his vehicle is capable of carrying out tasks required. This a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 4000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Shovel Operator

• Responsible to to comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls and to behave in a manner, which ensures that their actions or omissions, do not adversely affect the environment, health, safety and wellbeing of themselves, colleagues, contractors or members of the public.
• Routine check and inspection of Equipment prior to start working.
• Participating in any training and safety initiatives implemented by the Company.
• Complying with all Safety directives, and work instructions.
• Immediately reporting any incident or potential hazard to their Supervisor or Safety Dept.
• STOP the task if you feel yourself or others may be harmed.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Report damage / unsafe condition to Supervisor.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

Eligibility Requirements for Shovel Operator 

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
