Shop Manager Ralph Lauren Etoile Group Dubai

As a Shop Manager at Ralph Lauren (flagship brand linked to Etoile Group) in Platinum Tower, Gold Tower,31st floor, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE, candidate will manage the day to day shop operations ranging from customer service to after sales service and handle all administrative functions being the main interface with the back office team. Job holder will manage staff, control stock levels/inventories, organize shop layout and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Furthermore, a Shop Manager shall attend the Buying if required and maintain an active customer database to achieve set targets and secure continuous added value at all times. Candidate will work closely with their respective Retail Manager for the smooth running of the Boutique operations. This is a Senior full time job. And salary can range between 8000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Shop Manager

• Sales Achievement: Be present in the shop floor to generate sales and also handling VIP customers.
• Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activity.
• Propose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours, product mix.
• Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report.
• Customer Service: Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs.
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints.
• Ensure building, maintaining and using the customer data base.
• Stock Management: Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements.
• Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action.
• Prepare for the inventory.
• General Operations: Coordinate with the back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regards of new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide feedback accordingly.
• Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as permits and security.
• Monitor customer movement into the shop and detect any theft or violation.
• Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availability.
• Conduct regular checks on the organization and cleanliness of the stock room and shelves.
• Ensure staff compliance and proper implementation of procedure.
• Ensure smooth and effective running of daily activities.
• Man Management: Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff.
• Manage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team reporting to them.
• Responsible for coaching and training own team members.
• Prepare, discuss and set staff monthly objectives.
• Coordinate stock transfers and present monthly feedback on product movement.
• Discuss staff related issues such as annual leaves, confirmations…and ensure proper adherence to policies in practice.

Requirements for Role of Shop Manager

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Luxury retail experience.
• Experience with and passion for premium fashion brands.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in Russian and English.
