Shift Leader at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will be working with world class global brands and operating within a dynamic team in an environment where luxury meets excitement, candidate’s role will be to support a team in all operational aspects of a premier liquor retail destination in Dubai. Joining their team as a Shift Leader, candidate will manage and lead a team to deliver world-class store standards and exceptional customer service. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-8000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Shift Leader

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and customer service.
• Train and coach team members to upskill them to the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and manage store inventory and merchandising to meet targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations effectively.

Requirements for Role of Shift Leader

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team in a retail environment.
• WSET Level 2 qualification in Wine & Spirits.
• Experience working in mall operations.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and store management.
