Service Reception Manager Al Futtaim Automotive UAE

Al-Futtaim Group is currently looking for an experienced Service Reception Manager to work for Al Futtaim Motors – Toyota & Lexus in Dubai. The role is required to lead a reception team ensuring efficient and professional manner is maintained. Duties of Reception Manager

• Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a “Customer Centric” environment that is gearing to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our Customer Service Values.
• Ensure the accurate flow of customer, vehicle information.
• Fix the vehicles Right First time and deliver on the customer promised delivery time.
• Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick n’ span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment.
• To adhere to all departmental procedures.
• Ensure the tracking of the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labour hours and other sales.

Job Requirements For Service Reception Manager

Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field.

Experience 

• 2-3 years’ recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry.

Skills Desired

• Experienced in managing the operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Experienced in managing a team of 10-15 staff.
• Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
