Additionally, this role supports the design and documentation of end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and enable digital transformation across a network of over 31 schools.

About the Role

As a Service Designer at Aldar Education, you will lead the design and documentation of end-to-end service processes across HQ and school operations. Furthermore, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digital enablement. Moreover, you will develop clear service blueprints, process maps, and operating models to support the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end service processes across HQ and schools
• Analyse existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design service journeys and develop detailed process documentation including service blueprints and RACI models
• Collaborate with Digital and Technology Services teams to support platform implementation
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and define service improvements
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise operational practices
• Establish standards and frameworks for documenting business processes
• Monitor implementation outcomes and refine service designs based on feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Service Design, Operations Management, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in service design, process design, or digital transformation roles
• Experience designing operational workflows within complex organisations
• Experience working alongside digital product teams or technology implementation initiatives
• Certification in Service Design, Process Design, or Design Thinking is an advantage
• Strong expertise in service design methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
