Service Delivery Lead Etoile Group Dubai

Etoile Group is looking for a tech lead to conceptualize and deliver tech initiatives in Platinum Tower, Gold Tower,31st floor, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. Service Delivery Lead will coordinate the projects, functions and processes necessary to enable a seamless front-end and back-end integration of tech initiatives for retail operations, wholesale operations and brands. This is a Senior full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Service Delivery Lead

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation of the projects. This will include collaboration with eCommerce, Information Technology, Retail Operations, Planning, Merchandising, and Wholesale partners.
• Partner with the business and the technical teams to own continuous improvement of existing and new Omni-Channel capabilities.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization.
• Should be able to identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulate recommendations, and oversee implementation of agreed solutions.
• Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
• Work with other leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome risks, and produce specific reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor the ROI of each of the projects and fine tune them for achievement.

Requirements for Role of Service Delivery Lead

• Bachelors degree in IT or tech relevant.
• Service delivery or project management experience.
• 4+ years’ experience driving results on retail solution projects.
• Experience in Omni-Channel projects is a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Understanding of enterprise technology and order management solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
