IIQAF Groups is seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join their team as a Service Center Staff in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their customers and ensuring the smooth operation of service center. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Service Center Staff

  • Greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Providing accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service center.

Eligbility Requirements for Service Center Staff

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills & Abilities Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
