Service Advisor, IIQAF UAE

Job Purpose of A Service Advisor

• Manage all aspects of customer service for existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with a team of technical specialists to ensure that customers receive the highest quality of service throughout their interactions with IIQAF.

Job Duties of A Service Advisor

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide guidance and advice to customers on product features, service options and pricing.
• Maintain a high level of customer service as an interface between customers and IIQAF staff.
• Build rapport with customers and develop long term relationships.
• Follow established processes & procedures for service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any customer service issues.
• Recommend and promote products and services.
• Participate in sales & marketing activities.
• Remain knowledgeable about products, services and industry trends.
• Manage customer interactions via email, telephone or in-person.

Qualification & Experience

• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• 2-3 years of previous experience as a Service Advisor or related position.

Skills Desired

• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of particular service related hardware and software systems.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing customer needs.
