Al Futtaim Group is presently looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the job position of a Service Advisor in UAE. The candidate will ensure a professional customer journey, customer retention and company’s profitability. Desirous candidates meeting the eligibility criteria should apply hurriedly before due date.

Duties of Service Advisor

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
• Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times.
• Ensure quality is maintaining at all time.
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages (product, service) the company offers.
• Implement 5S at work.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP.
• Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
• Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.

Job Requirements For Service Advisor

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automobile).

Experience 

• 3-6 years in a reputed workshop as B&P Advisor.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of Body parts and general mechanical components of repair of Body & Paint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to drive best practices and productivity.
