Responsibilities

• Tenancy Contract Renewals: Support the leasing officer in managing tenancy contract renewal process.
• Ensure issuing contract renewal notices to tenants within prescribed timelines for timely renewal.
• Receivables & Collections: Follow-up with clients to collect overdue rental payments to maximize EPICO revenue.
• Identify and communicate with rent defaulter and update line manager on the progress of credit collection to reduce bad debt.
• Routine Administration: Prepare, monitor and maintain accurate debtor report and ensure timely reporting of collection details to the line manager.
• Provide support with EPICO admin operations to resolve issues related to customer and municipality as required.
• Customer Relationship: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants/clients for limiting complaints to ensure retention and repeat business by enhanced customer satisfaction.

Requirements for Role of Senior Tenant Liaison Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of minimum experience in property leasing.
• 2 years experience should be in a senior tenant liaison & collection role in the UAE market.
