EDGE Group is actively hiring qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a Senior Technician (Propulsion). The selected candidate will be assigned to work at HALCON Company (subsidiary of EDGE Group). Responsibilities of Senior Technician (Propulsion)

• Establish manufacturing capabilities.
• Establish test facility.
• Training and mentoring of operating personnel.
• Execute and arrange all propulsion related tests.
• Managing of subordinates, including mentoring and training.
• Participate in the development of Rocket motors and provide inputs on the mechanical design of tooling and generate manufacturing documentation.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Senior Technician (Propulsion) are as under:

• Minimum national diploma in mechanical engineering or N6.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the manufacture and testing of rocket motors.
• Broad experience in the mechanical design of rocket motors, machining of related components and associated tooling.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Proven technical leadership ability, capability establishment and personnel development.
• Proven team player.
• Advanced knowledge of rocket motor manufacture, mechanical design, and testing.
• Sound communication capability with technical personnel and suppliers.
• Knowledge of rocket motor manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of various propulsion test.
• Knowledge of rocket motor mechanical design.
