Responsibilities of Senior Technician Controller

• Follow up on the companies that provide facility management services in mosques, identify any shortcomings, coordinate with companies to implement them.
• Daily inspection of mosques according to the established plan & following up on the progress of work, implementing reports and closing them.
• Verifying the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan by companies for work in the field in implementation of the terms of the contract concluded with the companies.
• Writing daily reports and submitting them with the Maximo program.
• Identify the needs of mosques i.e carpets, air conditioners, electronic watches, etc. and submit them to the district engineer to be included in the annual needs plans.
• Follow up the preventive maintenance program & approve the evaluation of inspection lists on the Maximo facilities management system.
• Follow up on elevator maintenance with outsourcing companies and approve the evaluation of inspection lists on the Maximo facilities management system.
• Coordination regarding agricultural maintenance work, beautification of mosques and vases, & submitting comments to the agricultural engineer.
• Follow up on price offers submitted by outsourcing companies, audit the implementation of the work with the highest quality, and submit comments to the supervising engineer.
• Coordination with companies & concerned authorities to prepare Eid prayer halls according to the areas of jurisdiction and prepare the completion report.

What you will do more?

• Submitting reports of periodic visits to mosques to the responsible engineer, recording notes and recommendations.
• Periodic updating of mosque data in electronic files and the facilities management program.
• Inspecting the accommodation of workers in mosques subject to maintenance work and verifying the implementation of the necessary works and requirements. 
• Daily inspection of mosques, following up on periodic cleaning work, and writing down any notes and submitting them to companies.
• Follow up on comprehensive maintenance work according to the area of ​​jurisdiction & submit comments to responsible engineer.
• Monitoring companies’ commitment to applying environmental, health and safety standards in the mosque and its facilities.
• Follow up on the delivery of new mosques to outsourcing companies.
• Ensure that the companies operate them according to the rules.
• Find appropriate solutions for all obstacles, if any, and submit them to the responsible engineer.
• Compliance with the department’s security policies and procedures.
• Express commitment to attending security awareness workshops.
• Report security incidents if encountered.

Requirements of Senior Technician Controller 

• High school.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
• The applicant should be UAE national.
