Senior Technical Support Analyst for Swift System ADIB is responsible for support, maintenance and installation of Swift System as well as HSM, Swift Alliance Gateway, AWP, SAA, VPN and all ADK components for UAE and ADIB International. Role holder must be updated with the latest regulation and security updates by SWIFT and ensure that the required changes or enhancements are incorporated to meet SWIFT regulation and timeliness and to insure that ADIB is fully comply with SWIFT’s Customer Security Programme (CSP). Duties of Senior Technical Support Analyst Swift System

• Lead the internal Swift Support team & the vendor implementation team for Swift system and components.
• Maintain system availability, performance & security within agreed SLA without business impact & financial loss.
• Attend business operations calls- for UAE & International and provide 1st line technical operational support.
• Awareness on the new SWIFT message standards (ISO 20022 CBPR plus.
• Support business continuity by participating in periodic system DR rehearsal, security updates, technology updates, backups, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, license maintenance, and technical design improvement to assigned systems.
• Support business with required information & ADHOC reports
• Maintain the service level of vendors support and quality of development.
• Comply with training policy and attend assigned awareness sessions to keep up to date on support and technical level of assigned solutions.
• Maintain a good working relationship with business stakeholders & professionals.
• Maintain the technical document of assigned systems to be up to date after every system change.
• Takeover system support from project technical team after rollout and go live.

Requirements of Senior Technical Support Analyst Swift System

The requirements for role of Senior Technical Support Analyst are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of banking experience and preferable to be in Islamic banking.
• Technical support experience in Swift.
• Strong technical experience in wire transfer solutions (SWIFT system and its components).
• Strong technical experience in routing rules in Swift.
• Strong technical experience in managing the Swift MQ.
• Strong technical experience in supported Compliance solutions (Payment screening & Name Screening).

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible.
• Proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and overcome challenges.
• Awareness about technical projects preferable to be within banking industry.
