Damas Jewellery is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition partner to help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting multiple roles and work closely with hiring managers to develop an effective and in-depth recruiting strategy. This includes sourcing, evaluating candidates, analyzing and creating job descriptions, and filling roles across the organization. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to ensure that the company attracts and hires the best talent.
  • Managing end to end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management till onboarding.
  • Implement and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal referrals and leverage existing employee networks for talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of internal talent by proactively identifying high-potential employees, conducting talent assessments, and implementing succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to track recruiting performance and progress.
  • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and attract top internal talent
  • Create and foster relationships with educational institutions in order to attract and recruit diverse candidates including Emiratis
  • Support Retail, Succession planning (internal mobility) and Emiratisation hiring

Requirements for Role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a senior recruiting role.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting with a high concentration in corporate recruiting.
  • Previous experience in both lateral & Bulk recruiting within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with internet research Prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter License preferred.
  • Experience using Nafis platform for Emirati hiring.
  • Experience in Retail/Jewellery experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, Headhunting using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Outgoing, calm, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional
  • Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities.
  • Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
