Emirates Post is presently hiring candidate for job role of a Senior Systems Engineer Modern Workplace in Dubai who will be responsible for spearheading the modernization of their workplace environment through the strategic utilization of Microsoft Office 365. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 10000 AED to 22000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview

Duties of A Senior Systems Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Office 365 solutions to meet organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and security standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams in leveraging Office 365 tools for enhanced productivity and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Office 365 solutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the adoption and integration of Office 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Office 365 applications based on the organization’s needs, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive user training and support initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize utilization of Office 365 capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and features within the Office 365 ecosystem, assessing their potential applicability within Emirates Post Group.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Senior Systems Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) would be a plus.
• 3-5 years of extensive professional experience in IT operations, with a focus on designing and implementing Office 365 solutions in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and user adoption of new technologies.

Skills Desired

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including hands-on expertise in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of collaborating across departments and levels of the organization.
