Job Overview of A Senior Systems Analyst

Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing efficient and effective IT systems and processes to support organizational objectives.

Your Duties As A Senior Systems Analyst

• Develop detailed design specifications including service models and message schemes.
• Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rules.
• Develop and use enterprise service and data models.
• Participate in all aspects of IT product development and release cycles, including post-release research and analysis.
• Provide technical and/or non-technical life-cycle systems engineering support for system
  integration, system testing, information assurance and development activities.
• Develop knowledge sharing documents/templates, administrative guides, product usage reference/help manuals, troubleshooting guides for consultation purposes.
• Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices in service oriented analysis, design and development.
• Analyze all received requests and report on feasibility of implementing these request technically.
• Liaise and raise change requests for application enhancement.
• Produce technical documentation and project deliverables templates.
• Provide technical support to team members and end users on their day today activities.
• Analyze and develop functions to improve work application procedures.
• Provides and supports user training as necessary to ensure optimal usage.
• Work with vendors and users to promote optimal functionality of the applications and responsible for acceptance sign off from vendors.
• Participate in the testing and certification for feature compliance.
• Report security incidents or potential events to the concerned.
• Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and destruction.
• Do other assigned duties.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MlS, CIS.

Experience

• 7 years of experience.

Nationality

• All nationalities (priority for UAE national).
