Senior Supervisor Interiors Shop at Flydubai will monitor the overall performance of Interiors Shop whilst complying with flydubai and regulatory requirements, within the operational limitations prescribed and work towards the continuous improvement in terms of Quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Supervisor Interiors Shop

• Ensures that all planned tasks related to Interiors Shops are executed as per targeted planned dates.
• Ensures that all certification tasks relevant to Interiors Shops are carried out within the limitations of the company issued Approval.
• Collaborates with Interiors Shops to troubleshoot and resolve tasks related to aircraft interiors repairs and or fabrication.
• Oversees the compliance of tool control procedure relevant to Interiors Shops.
• Reviews shortfalls and associated requirements towards manpower, tooling, Equipment, Technical data, safety, etc., to ensure seamless and efficient operation of Interiors Shops.
• Assists while reviewing roster which includes compilation of staff availability reports for Interiors Shops staff.
• Assists while carrying out competence assessment for all Interiors Shops staff.
• Develops company Procedures and Forms relevant to Interiors Shops.
• Acts as a focal representing Interiors Shops at the time of QC conducted and provide full support during relevant audits.

Requirements for Role of Senior Supervisor Interiors Shop

• Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) in Aeronautical engineering degree or recognized apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance engineering.
• GCAA Module 9 & 10 (Required).
• EASA Module 9 & 10 (Preferred).
• Company C6 Authorization holder (Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to interiors shop, aircraft interior repair/maintenance, Seat repair/maintenance or carpet fabrication/installation.
