Job Description
Senior Store Manager in Jil Sander at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, AE will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the store to ensure a superior customer experience, maximize profitability, and uphold the brand’s image. Candidate will lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets while maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Senior Store Manager
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals, operational excellence, and an elevated customer experience.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of store staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set individual development plans for team members.
- Sales & Customer Experience:
- Drive and maximize store sales through exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of client needs and luxury trends.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to exceed performance goals.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a personalized luxury shopping experience that aligns with Jil Sander’s brand values.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Oversee store layout and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring a flawless and premium environment.
- Regularly review the visual presentation of the store to ensure it meets current standards and seasonal updates.
- Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure the store operates in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with regional teams to optimize stock management and loss prevention.
- Oversee all aspects of the store’s day-to-day operations, including cash management, security, and maintenance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients and key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools to identify sales opportunities, track customer preferences, and follow up on service excellence.
Requirements for Role of Senior Store Manager
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing a high-end or luxury retail store.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Deep knowledge and passion for luxury fashion, preferably with experience in similar brands.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment.
