Roads and Transport Authority is presently hiring for the job role of Senior Specialist Talent Planning & Acquisition in uae. This is a full time job role for All nationalities holder but Priority will be given to UAE National. There is no gender restrictions for this job, both males and females can apply.

Responsibilities of Senior Specialist

• Ensuring the right implementation of the Emiratization, rules and policies as appear in HR law or any decisions and directions related to replacement of the non-local employees’ processes. 
• Participate in preparing awards files by providing and presenting any data related to Emiratization. 
• Preparing presentations and reports requested from departments including any data related to Emiratization. 
• Provide the requirements of information and data for external parties regarding Emiratization and locals employees, and present to the regular meetings that required and replying to their inquiries. 
• Study suggestions and recommendations of proposals and programs related to Emiratization across RTA. 
• Any additional responsibilities as required by the department. 

Requirements of Senior Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8 years of working experience.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Integrated human resources systems Technical reports.
• Human resources policies and procedures.
• Analysis.
