Senior Specialist Finance Systems Talabat Dubai

Talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist Finance Systems who will drive the design and development of high-quality solutions for the finance ERP, D365. Leveraging a deep understanding of the platform’s technical architecture and cloud development methodology, this role collaborates closely with functional and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and requirements. Additionally, the Systems Specialist serves as a key liaison with external vendors and Microsoft technical support to address any product-related issues impacting operations. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Senior Specialist Finance Systems

• Understand the business process, functional requirements, and solution design documents created by functional consultants.
• Create technical design documents and develop features/functions on D365.
• Responsible for system support and incident resolution.
• Responsible for high-quality solution design and code delivery.
• Work with functional and business teams to ensure the design meets feasibility.
• Liaising with Microsoft technical support on issues within the product that are impacting business as usual.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Senior Specialist Finance Systems are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on D365 customization and development eexperience.

Skills Desired

• Deep understanding of MS D365’s technical architecture and cloud development methodology.
• Good understanding of MS Sure Step ERP implementation methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Worked on at least 6 end to end Microsoft ERP implementations.
