• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a cohesive product strategy, enhancing customer experience and business outcomes.
• Align engineering initiatives with strategic business objectives, measuring success through tangible outcomes.
• Actively scale the engineering team by strategically hiring strong cross-functional talent.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Software Engineering Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
