Senior Security Officer Jumeirah Beach Hotel

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Security Officer to join Security Department at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property through effective management and implementation of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities of Senior Security Officer

• Deploy security officers to duty post.
• Ensure the duty roster is managed fairly throughout the shift and that all officers are relieved for scheduled breaks.
• Regularly patrol duty posts of security officers in conjunction with the Team Leader.
• Ensure all colleagues are present and in good order for overtime duties.
• Respond to emergency incidents as and when notified and carry out duties as per the EOP.
• Conduct training for Security Officers as required within the schedule.
• Assist any security officer who is having problems and resolve the situation as quickly as possible while exercising absolute diplomacy.
• Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points.
• Conduct weekly training with all staff.
• Continuously inspect team to ensure that appropriate uniform, grooming and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Ensure that the roster meets daily operational requirements.

Requirements of Senior Security Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• 3 years of experience with Relevant Degree.
