Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Albatha Group in Level 22, Boulevard Plaza, Tower 1, Suite 2204, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will contribute to the success of the team and the organization in achieving the vision of the division and Albatha Holding by managing business requirements related to key SAP Financial modules to ensure to optimize the use of SAP by all Group Companies. Specific area of responsibility would be day-to-day SAP FICO and FSCM support, roll out and process improvement projects. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior SAP FICO Consultant

• Review Albatha Holding Companies’ financial processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP.
• Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
• Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments, planning sessions.
• Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverable; identifies dependencies and resource requirements.
• Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items.
• Support the delivery of application enhancement programs through BPM and BPR
• Provide support to the business SAP Super User Team in general and the Manager SAP Financials in particular.
• To inventory all Finance related business processes, identify opportunities to standardize and automate and prepare accounting department for S/4 implementation project.
• To comply with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.
• Develops and maintains documentation for technical solution modifications.
• To comply with data security measures as per information security policies and procedures
• To implement application specific recommendations from internal/external auditors
• To plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones for SAP projects.
• To report on ongoing project status.
• To study business user information needs, confer with users, and study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to develop sustainable software solutions.
• Identify ways to target reduction of printouts used in decision making, digitize current physical workflows and other ways to comply with ABH Green IT Policy.
• Incorporate standardization in application development services as per IT Service Management standards and corporate best practices for all services assigned from the IT Service catalogue.
• To implement application specific recommendations from internal/external auditors.
• To implement controls required by Federal or Local Government Laws & Regulations.

Requirements for Role of Senior SAP FICO Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in planning and managing medium size IT projects in a multi-cultural environment, with internal and external resources from cross functional backgrounds.
• 10+ years’ experience in various roles in the planning, design, and deployment of SAP’s financial solutions. i.e. SAP FI, FSCM & CO.
• Has end-to-end project and support experience in implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation.
• In depth hands-on configuration experience in FI, FSCM
• Good hands-on configuration experience in Report painter / writer.
• Working experience on Integration of SAP Financial Accounting and FSCM Modules with other SAP Modules.
• Minimum of 4 full end-to end cycle SAP implementations.
• Minimum 2 full S/4 Hana project cycle.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members.
• Technical knowledge in ABAP debugging and coding skills is a major plus.
• Working knowledge on the conversion of legacy system to SAP ECC and S/4HANA is a plus.
