Emirates Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Senior Sales Governance Manager. The Ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the sales governance framework within the Retail banking division. The main responsibilities will include designing and implementing sales policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving initiatives to optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities of Senior Sales Governance Manager

Develop, review, and update sales policies to align with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are practical and support business objectives
Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially CPR) related to retail banking sales activities. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps, implementing corrective measures as needed.
Evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the sales cycle. Implement training programs for sales staff to ensure a deep understanding of sales policies and compliance requirements. Provide ongoing support to teams through training refreshers and communication of policy updates.
Identify and assess risks associated with retail banking sales activities. Work with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating potential risks.
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators related to sales governance. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sales compliance and governance initiatives.
