The Senior Sales Engineer in BMS at Johnson Controls in Bin Brook Building 7th Floor, Building No 720, Hamdan Bin Mohammed St, Al Danah, E10, Abu Dhabi, UAE is a key role reporting directly to Associate Sales Director C&S. Candidate emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, L&M jobs, retrofit jobs and spare parts sales and driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on BMS Systems. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Sales Engineer

• Have an understanding and knowledge of their product portfolio among BMS  solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close the new opportunities.
• Will qualify and work closely along with their internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
• Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
• Will demonstrate their expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging their market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
• Determined and consistent in their approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
• Will adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.

Requirements for Role of Senior Sales Engineer

• Bachelor’s in electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling Maintenance & Service contracts specifically for BMS products in UAE Market.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Proven track record of selling AMC contract and getting L&M and retrofit jobs
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
