Responsibilities of Senior Role in Talent Engagement

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives & policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify key engagement areas and create action plans for improvement
  • Organize and oversee events, workshops & activities aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture and team bonding.
  • Conduct surveys, assessments & feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and sentiment, utilizing data to drive improvements.
  • Create communication strategies to ensure transparent and effective internal communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, promoting open dialogue & facilitating resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements for Senior Role in Talent Engagement

  • A Bachelors degree in Human resources or a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a similar role.
