Senior Role in Leadership & Talent Development at Emaar in Dubai, Level 7, Emaar Business Park 1 Dubai Hills Estate, UAE is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies, design courses, assess development plans and track learning effectiveness. They collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships. Candidate is also responsible for managing human resources, talent development, and performance evaluation within the organization. Their role includes recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, as well as implementing strategies to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. This department plays a crucial role in aligning people and business objectives to achieve organizational success. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Role in Leadership & Talent Development

  • Ensure that Emaar’s training resources (internal and external) are sufficient and effectively deployed to meet the Company’s needs for a skilled workforce, cost effectively and efficiently at all times
  • Ensure that the means exist to identify and realize development potential in all Emaar employees to provide the Company with a pool of talent to access on a medium and long-term basis.
  • Support the succession planning process by ensuring appropriate plans are formulated that meet the training and development needs of the selected employees.
  • Keep abreast of professional advances in his area of concern so as to provide input and guidance to the initiation, development and implementation of programmes. Systems and processes designed to maximize the total competencies required of Emaar’s employees.
  • Manage the capital budget of the Training Centre and ensure that adequate resources exist, to meet the present and future training requirements of the Company.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and managers to ensure a continuous availability of qualified candidates across the Company to meet its present and future requirements.
  • Organize with line managers and coordinate individual development programs, with particular emphasis in UAE national development, for supervisors and managers in Emaar.
  • Establish departmental policies and procedures to provide for effective planning and promote maximum efficiency.
  • Driving and leading talent development initiatives through digital learning platforms.
  • Front lead the skill management via upskilling and cross skilling.

Requirements for Senior Role in Leadership & Talent Development

  • Preferably Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in L&D function as trainer, developing training, modules, identifying training needs and development plans.
  • Certifications from a recognized body as trainer.
  • Certification in any training techniques or programs.
