Responsibilities of Senior Relationship Manager

• Primarily responsible for acquiring and managing a High Networth Individual customer relationships satisfying the priority banking criteria through sales of liability, Asset and investment products.
• Meet all the assigned targets on WM revenue, FX revenue, Deposits and Assets consistently month on month.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, anti-money laundering regulations, internal bank policies and use discretionary powers on case-to-case basis for approvals and waivers for PRB customers.
• Supervise and guide a team of junior relationship / support staff to deliver targeted results.

Requirements of Senior Relationship Manager Priority Banking

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like finance, business administration, economics, accounting or marketing.
• CISI professional qualification.
• 4-5 years of experience in Priority Banking or Private Banking relationship management.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Arabic speaking both written and oral.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
