Mace Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Senior Project Manager in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects within scope, budget and schedule, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager

• Managing and being accountable for scope of work on the project.
• Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.
• Actively engaging in the health, safety and well-being of the project at all stages.
• Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of project.
• Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
• Ensures the active management of project budgets.
• Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
• Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.
• Being actively involved in risk management.
• Actively communicates with all project parties/stakeholders and ensures the maintenance of suitable records.
• Working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner.

Requirements for Role of Senior Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related filed.
• 3+ years of experience in UAE/MENA, large projects and construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Contractor background at a management level is a plus.
