Currently they are looking to hire Senior Project Manager (Landscape) in Dubai. responsible to oversees all aspects of landscape projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while meeting quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager

Managing and being accountable for scope of work on the project.
Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.
Actively engage in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the project at all stages.
Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of project.
Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
Ensure active management of project budgets.
Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.
Being actively involved in risk management.
Ensure maintenance of suitable records and communication with all project parties/stakeholders.
Working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner.

Requirements for Role of Senior Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in UAE/MENA, large projects and construction projects.
Experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry.
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
