​Charterhouse is currently working in partnership with a renowned investment firm, specializing in real estate and construction operations across the Middle East. The client is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within the real estate department.

About the Role

• Role will spearhead the successful delivery of projects, overseeing the project timelines and ensuring that quality assurance procedures are met throughout.
• Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to mitigate delays and provide regular project progress reports.
• This role will entail leading the projects from the initiation to completion stages.
• Assisting in the development of scope statements, offering technical expertise during implementation.
• Analysing tender documents and project schedules.
• Overseeing the team during the construction phase to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth handover process.
• Prepare project cash flows and reconciling financial performance upon project delivery.

Requirements of Senior Project Manager

• 5 years of experience working for a UAE based real estate developer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire project life-cycle within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• The successful candidate should be a dynamic and proactive individual with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
