Sharaf DG LLC is hiring a Senior Project Engineer in Lighting to join their team in Ground Floor, Al Hilal Building, 34B Sheikh Rashid Rd, Garhoud , Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Project Engineer

• Maintaining and monitoring project lists, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Managing site with sub-contractor
• Coordinate with the subcontractor on Daily/ weekly tasks.
• Daily site progress report monitoring and updating client
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintain appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Schedule to be prepare and monitor the progress.
• Client meeting and presenting project progress.

Requirements for Role of Senior Project Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical or Eq.)
• Min 2 year experience in project management.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• UAE Driving License + Vehicle

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Software Knowledge –MS Office, MS Projects/ Primavera is a plus.
