Responsibilities Of Senior Project Engineer

• Develop and implement an external services system and procedures to monitor and review contract implementation and contractors’ performance within the scope of management.
• Preparing building use plans and determining health services and services and other related matters.
• Preparing the necessary studies on the extent of utilization and optimal use of the Authority’s assets, buildings and facilities.
• Provide recommendations to raise their level of efficiency in terms of operation and maintenance.
• Follow up on the implementation of projects, supervise and continuously monitor the various stages of projects.
• Provide the necessary reports on the progress achieved to the direct manager.

• Participate in the technical evaluation of tenders for purchase and maintenance contracts for the Authority’s needs in coordination with those concerned.

• Follow up and supervise the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance work carried out through external contractors or government agencies partnering with the Authority.

• Follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective periodic maintenance programs.

• Evaluate the quality of service providers’ performance, and submit relevant reports.

• Conducting a field survey of the Authority’s facilities and submitting proposals and initiatives to the direct official in order to maintain the Authority’s facilities in the best operational condition. 

• Follow up on the Authority’s engineering projects in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
• Verifying the application of approved security and safety procedures to protect facilities, employees and visitors.
• Supervising the implementation of procedures related to occupational security, health and safety.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health procedures, policy and instructions and the environmental management system policy applied in the Authority.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements Of Senior Project Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or its equivalent from an accredited university.
• 6 years of relevant work experience.
