Amazon MENA Marketplace is looking for a passionate, analytically strong, and innovative Senior Product Manager Marketplace Fees, MENA 3P Profitability & Selection in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to define and set economic conditions for the success of their selling partners and for Amazon. This role will directly impact all sellers (existing and potential) who wish to offer products to Amazon customers in the region. An ideal candidate will have outstanding business judgment to understand the impact of their recommendations on seller economics and trade-offs to Amazon’s business. This role will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making and will work closely with Business, Finance, Tech, and other Fee team(s) around the world to deliver their charter. Responsibilities of A Senior Product Manager

• Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate modifications to fee structures and their magnitudes.
• Communicate trade-offs to ensure we prioritize the most critical and impactful work.
• Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, and other global fee teams to understand their pain-points and emerging priorities.
• Ensure fee strategy and execution is in line with the wider business priorities; drive alignment across teams.
• Partner with Fee teams across other Amazon marketplaces to share learnings and collaborate in developing common frameworks and mechanisms.
• Develop/Improve solutions to drive efficiencies in the fee setting process (business assessments, fee change execution, and monitoring/audit) and improve Seller experience/clarity on fee-related topics.
• Reporting of key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines.
• Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Product Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience of owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
