Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Senior Processor Alerts Screening. The job purpose of a Senior Processor in Alerts Screening is to meticulously process and analyze financial transaction alerts, ensuring adherence to anti money laundering protocols and bank regulations, while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency in identifying potential risks.

Responsibilities of Senior Processor Alerts Screening

• Ensure accurate screening of alerts in digital onboarding process.
• Ensure alerts are adequately reviewed and analyzed prior to discounting or escalating to L3 for GCD review
• Ensure discounting of alerts is done as per GCD guidelines/Policy
• Ensure transactions are reviewed/actioned as per TAT
• Remain current and UpToDate in terms of changes in Policy and guidelines published by GCD.
• Ensure all mandatory trainings and Regulatory training sessions are attend and assessments complete on time.
• Ensure access to sensitive customer data remains restricted.

Accuracy

• Review alerts and take appropriate decision as per SOP and Policy guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to TAT.
• Help the makers understand the error/impact in case of error/ambiguity.
• Maintain a log of errors for trainings.
• Report incidents in GRC on timely basis as per Policy.
• Ensures adherence to assigned KPIs.
• Update Daily MIS for analysis and Team Leader/Manager’s review
• Timely reporting/logging of system issues.
• Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement.

Trainings

• Ensure trainings announce by HR are complete on timely basis..
• Ensure process relate trainings/refreshers are complete on timely basis.
• Ensure goals set up and performance reviews are complete on time.
• Ensure ISG guidelines on data security are adhere to and information is share with intend recipients only.

System Enhancements

• Support with preparing detail BRDs ensuring requirements of all stakeholders in the workflow are adequately document and signed off.
• Active and effective participation in UATs to ensure there are no issues post deployment.

Requirements of Senior Processor Alerts Screening

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Islamic Banking, or a related field.
• 3 years in Compliance, Account Opening, Maintenance or Customer Due Diligence Role.
