Job Description

Senior Operations Manager at MMI in dnata Travel Centre, Ground Floor, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will  manage and develop innovative strategies for Le Clos’ retail, eCommerce, and client relationship management business, making it the preferred partner and client destination for luxury retail at Dubai International Airport and globally. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-45000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Operations Manager

  • P&L responsibility for the Le Clos business, driving profitable growth and managing costs.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team with clear objectives, incentives, and development plans.
  • Develop and manage retail, eCommerce, and VVIP client portfolios, focusing on customer satisfaction and maximizing margins.
  • Collaborate with private client, marketing and digital teams to create impactful PR campaigns and drive prestige for Le Clos globally.

Requirements for Role of Senior Operations Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large multinational teams and multi-site retail businesses, with a total of 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in people management, particularly in luxury retail settings.
  • WSET Level 3 certification.
  • Experience in wine and luxury spirits retail.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage VIP clients, high net-worth customers, and partners.
