Job Description
Dubai Customs is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Officer Talent Acquisition. The job was posted by the company on 23 February 2024. This is a full time job.
Responsibilities of Senior Officer Talent Acquisition
Operational
- Consult with managers in the determination of manpower requirements, planning the recruitment of the new staff and the promotion transfer of existing staff.
- Deliver recruitment and manpower services to internal clients.
- Ensuring implementation of recruitment and Emiratization Dubai Custom policies and procedures.
- Build and establish good/close relationships to leading executive search agencies.
- Advertising agencies, educational Institutes/Universities, etc. for advertising, interviewing and selection processes to get top candidates.
- Respond efficiently to business needs and proactively identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing, selection and manpower planning to support in recruitment plan preparation.
- Develop, review, and maintain appropriate recruitment tools and strategy to support in recruitment.
- Develop and maintain the processes, procedures, and systems to support the performance assessment and feedback model.
- Efficiently utilize the section resources to achieve performance targets.
- Guide in conducting career fairs to select right candidate for Dubai Customs.
- Support to improve the performance of the section.
- Liaise with other areas on matters related to recruitment, performance management, and compensation systems and benefits programs for UAE Nationals.
- Contribute to the annual Strategic Plan for the Human Resource Division.
- Perform all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion.

- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.
Requirements of Senior Officer Talent AcquisitionÂ
- Graduate in the relevant business area with relevant certifications or professional qualifications as indicated.
- 4 – 5 years of relevant business experience in area of employment.
- Exposure to training new members in the teams, project related assignments, acting supervisor / manager assignments.
