Roads and Transport Authority is presently hiring for the job role of Senior Officer Talent Development Center in uae. This is a full time job role for All nationalities holder but Priority will be given to UAE National. There is no gender restrictions for this job, both males and females can apply. The salary ranges from 10000 AED to 20000 AED that is slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up the performance of the scholarship and full-time study students during their study including their results.
•  Place graduating students in the concerned departments.
•  Follow-up attendance and reporting during the work placement program.
•  Prepare and implement policies and procedures for training and scholarship.
•  Follow-up payments with concerned parties.
•  Prepare the annual summer training program.
•  Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Requirements of Senior Officer

• Bachelor / Higher diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of working experience.
