Duties of Senior Mortgage Advisor

• Business Development: Creating ample of opportunity from a specific supporting team like the tele-calling team performing Mortgage calling on base of clients and involved in creating a pipeline for the Mortgage Advisor team.
• Structuring Mortgage Cases: Able to perform financial analysis on various types of clients and suggesting the right solution for the clients created by the teams like tele-calling team, should have to discuss the cases with various banks and take the appropriate steps to involve minimal client involvement with the banks.
• Daily Monitoring and reporting of performance of the teams: Close monitoring and report generation on the productivity, TAT, pipeline, projections and per person hit ratios on various segments of data to the management in order to gauge the projections of the unit.
• Coordination and assisting the Mortgage Advisor team: Ensure the client are having a smooth on-boarding with decided banks. TAT is manage in terms of client meeting. Documentation schedules provided by the client to the tele-calling team. Monitoring the closure of the leads on the system by getting the outcome from various stages from the Mortgage Advisor and the Sales Force.
• Regular Training on Mortgage Product and campaigns: Training of the various teams on the updated policy of the banks and the various campaigns which are being offered by the banks of the region.
• Performance Management system: Evaluation of the performance of the team on regular basis. Keep evolving a COA/Revenue based earning for the team so as to motivate the team to increase the productivity.
• Understand of Mortgage Universe: Location specific developments of various developers.
• Knowledge of the various types of mortgages like off plan, handover, secondary sale, equity etc.
• Client segment specific product knowledge like resident, non-resident.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements for role of Senior Mortgage Advisor are as under:

• Graduate.
• 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Experience in Bank Mortgages managing Various Channels.
• Having a Proven Track Record.
