Senior Marketing Executive (Chinese Speaker) at DMCC will be dedicated to drive the marketing programs for all DMCC verticals, supporting the Business Unit Marketing Leads, with a partly dedicated focus on developing and delivering against the strategy to enhance brand awareness and lead generation in China. Candidate will management, implementation of marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong emphasis on digital, working in close collaboration with the Business Unit Marketing Leads. Job holder will works closely with the Integrated Marketing Team (Content, Events, Analytics, Channels, Digital), to ensure delivery, as well as business units to deliver the elements of annual marketing plans and provides closed loop reporting on marketing ROI.

Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Executive

  • Support the implementation of focus market strategies through the development of lead generation campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain China specific .CN website, white papers. Social media & PPC campaigns, print advertising, video content. And more.
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with marketing vendors.
  • Briefing projects and requirements to vendors, project managing and ensuring quality output. In addition, managing all contracts, SOWs, PRs and invoices.
  • Produce content to support programs and strategic partners in China in their lead generation efforts. This includes, but is not limited to; brochures, sales presentations, marketing emailers, social media assets.
  • Responsible for the approval of all Mandarin content/copy. When required, responsible for translating content / live interpretation of executive leadership.
  • End-to-end execution of annual marketing programs against plan for business units aligned to business growth objectives, working in close collaboration with business unit marketing leads.
  • Increased awareness, loyalty, preference and lead generation across business units.
  • Bridges the interlock between marketing and sales to drive a more customer centric and opportunity centric marketing agenda.

Requirements for Role of Senior Marketing Executive

  • Bachelor of business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrated marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following: Hands-on experience managing campaign planning, development and deployment.
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels (e.g. email marketing, onsite, display, social).
  • Experience with A/B testing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience interpreting data and campaign results into recommendations.
  • Experience working with key client stakeholders for driving operational decisions.
  • Experience driving value for the client through efficiencies or marketing innovation.
  • Experience with process improvement and Marketing process execution.
  • Prior experience in a fast paced, continually changing client environment.
  • Agency experience.
  • Chinese Speaker.
