Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Mediclinic Corporate Office in Dubai, UAE will be effective and efficient management of the recruitment function for the division in collaboration with the group shared services function and the provision of recruitment and selection talent solutions to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate risks for the company. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

  • Execute and oversee the development and delivery of strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the group and divisional objectives, including regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various healthcare roles, utilizing diverse sourcing methods.
  • Supervise the establishment and management of talent pipelines to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for present and future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate the enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to position it as a desirable employer in the healthcare industry, effectively communicating its values and career opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, professional bodies, and industry networks to access talent pools in the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, standards, and diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment practices.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor recruitment metrics and optimise strategies for efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, offering guidance and support to attract and retain top talent in healthcare.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements for Role of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

  • A relevant degree in Behavioral Sciences or relevant related field.
  • At least 8 years relevant international talent acquisition experience of which at least 5 included managing a team.
